Refund & Cancellation Policy

POLICY SUMMARY & DIGITAL GOODS NOTICE: ForgeVZ is a monthly digital subscription service ($35.00/month). Digital access, virtual machine execution capabilities, license tokens, and companion helper downloads are provisioned immediately upon purchase. Because digital delivery is instantaneous, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once digital access or file downloads have taken place. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future monthly renewals.

1. Digital Delivery & Strict Non-Refundable Policy

Upon completed payment, our servers instantly provision digital entitlements to your user account, enabling unlimited access to our in-browser GPC virtual machine, script compilation tools, OLED display simulation, and gated companion downloads. Under global commercial digital goods standards:

Immediate Delivery: The Service is deemed fully delivered and consumed the moment you sign in, launch the web application (/app), generate an access license token, or download any software package (including ForgeVZ-helper.zip).
Strictly Non-Refundable: Except for the narrow, verified 48-hour pre-access exception detailed in Section 2, all subscription charges, recurring payments, and fees are strictly non-refundable once digital access or downloads have occurred.
No Prorated Refunds: We do not issue partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds for unused days remaining in a monthly billing cycle.

2. 48-Hour Limited Pre-Access Window (First-Time Subscribers Only)

To protect consumers who make an accidental purchase, first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of their initial transaction, provided that all of the following conditions are strictly satisfied:

The refund request is submitted in writing to Forgevzsupport@gmail.com within exactly 48 hours of the initial charge timestamp;
The account has ZERO recorded application sessions (no visits to /app verified in our server session logs);
The account has ZERO license token generations; AND
The account has ZERO file downloads (verified against our immutable server download logs).

Verification Process: Every refund request is audited against our server logs. If our database indicates that you logged into the application, executed scripts, or requested download links, your refund request will be denied under this Section. You will, however, be assisted in canceling your subscription so no future charges occur.

3. Forensic Audit Logs & Chargeback Defense Notice

CRITICAL ANTI-FRAUD & DISPUTE REBUTTAL DISCLOSURE:
To protect our platform against friendly fraud, fraudulent transaction disputes, and bad-faith claims, ForgeVZ records immutable audit telemetry, including:

Your public IPv4/IPv6 address and ISP network routing data;
Your exact timestamped cookie consent acceptance and policy acknowledgments;
Browser User-Agent, platform fingerprint, and language headers;
Application login timestamps, active session durations, and script execution logs;
Signed URL file download records.

DISPUTE REBUTTAL: If you file a payment dispute or chargeback claiming "unrecognized charge," "unauthorized transaction," or "service not delivered," WE WILL SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETE FORENSIC AUDIT FILE DIRECTLY TO STRIPE, INC., YOUR CARD ISSUER, AND BANKING ARBITRATORS. These records provide definitive, admissible evidence that the purchase was authorized, the policies accepted, and the digital service fully delivered.

4. Fraudulent Disputes & Liquidated Administrative Fees

Submitting an unjustified, deceitful, or bad-faith chargeback constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. In the event of a fraudulent or bad-faith payment dispute:

Your account, email, and associated hardware/network identifiers will be permanently terminated and blacklisted from ForgeVZ;
You agree to pay liquidated administrative damages of $50.00 USD to compensate ForgeVZ for bank dispute processing fees and evidence compilation costs;
We reserve all rights to pursue formal debt collection and report delinquent fraudulent dispute amounts to credit reporting agencies and fraud prevention databases.

5. Platform Bans, Console Suspensions & Game Updates Are Non-Refundable

NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD-PARTY ENFORCEMENT: ForgeVZ is an educational and interoperability testing environment. We make ZERO representations that scripts or helper tools are undetectable by third-party anti-cheat software (e.g. Ricochet, EAC, BattlEye).

If your game account, console hardware, or PlayStation/Xbox network account receives a temporary suspension, permanent ban, competitive penalty, or if a video game developer releases a patch altering controller protocols, THESE EVENTS DO NOT ENTITLE YOU TO A REFUND, CHARGEBACK, OR COMPENSATION. You assume 100% of the risk when applying scripts to any online multiplayer environment.

6. How to Cancel Your Recurring Subscription

You have full, autonomous control over your subscription and can cancel at any time to stop future monthly billing renewals:

Instant Self-Service via Customer Portal: Open the ForgeVZ web app, click the Settings icon in the navigation bar, and click "Open Customer Portal" to instantly manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe's secure portal.
Email Support: You may also request cancellation by emailing our support team at Forgevzsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription — [your email]" at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active with full access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. At that time, access to premium features and gated downloads will cease, and no further monthly charges will occur.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights (EEA & UK Withdrawal Notice)

Under the European Union and United Kingdom Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)), consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts. However, for digital content delivered electronically, your right of withdrawal is expressly lost once performance begins with your prior express consent.

By subscribing to ForgeVZ and requesting immediate digital access to our web application and downloads, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal the moment digital access is initiated or files are downloaded. If you have not accessed the application or downloaded any files within 14 days of purchase, you may exercise your statutory withdrawal right by contacting Forgevzsupport@gmail.com.
